We take your privacy seriously and we will only ever collect and use information which is personal to you where it is necessary, fair and lawful to do so. We will collect and use your information to allow us to contact you about BigAgile enquiries and/or to allow you access to the BigAgile software and to be able to contact you about your account.
Is the information shared with other companies?
Your data is never shared with other companies.
How we protect your information
We take information and system security seriously. Any personal information which is collected, recorded or used in any way, whether on paper, online or any other media, will have appropriate safeguards applied in line with data protection obligations.
Your information is protected by controls designed to minimise loss or damage through accident, negligence or deliberate actions.
How long we keep your information
If you have access to the BigAgile software tool, we will keep your personal information only for as long as you have a BigAgile account.
Where you do not have a BigAgile account, if we have not had any contact with you over 2 years, your details will be automatically deleted from the database unless you advise us otherwise.

You have several rights in relation to how your information is used. They are:
Right to be informed
You have a right to receive information on what personal information we have, why and who we share it with – this is listed above in this Privacy Policy.
Right of access
You have the right of access to your personal information as detailed above and you can request a copy of the personal information we hold on you at any time.
Right to request that your personal information be rectified
If your personal information held is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it is corrected.
Right to request erasure
You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time if you do not wish to be contacted in future or simply no longer want your details to be held.
Other individual rights also exist (right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, rights to automatic decision making including profiling), however as only a limited amount of personal data is collected to simply contact you about events, these are not applicable as we will simply erase your data on request.
